Terms

These are the terms you agree to when you subscribe to NewSocial. They are deliberately short and in plain English. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay rather than after.
Who you are dealing with
GIS Analytics Limited, registered in England and Wales, number 15093879, at 25 Thornhill Bridge Wharf, Caledonian Road, London N1 0RU. That is the name that appears on your card statement. Contact us at contact@gisanalytics.uk.
What the service is
NewSocial reads funding calls and tenders published by development banks, foundations, public bodies and other funders, twice a day, and scores each one against the organisation profile you give us. It emails you a digest, it keeps a shortlist your colleagues share, and on some calls it suggests partners.
What it costs
- Single, £99 a month or £960 for a year, up to 3 people.
- Team, £299 a month or £3,000 for a year, up to 10 people.
- Enterprise, agreed with you in writing before anything is charged.
No VAT is charged. GIS Analytics Limited is not VAT registered, so the prices above are the whole amount. There is nothing to add and nothing to reclaim.
How payment works
Payments are taken by Revolut. We never see your card details. A yearly plan is a single payment covering twelve months from the day it clears.
Nothing renews on its own. We do not hold your card and we cannot charge you again without you doing something. We will email you before your year is up so you can decide whether to carry on. If you do nothing, the subscription simply ends.
Changing your mind
Fourteen days, if you have not used it. Tell us within fourteen days of paying, having not used the service, and we refund you in full. One email to contact@gisanalytics.uk is enough.
By not used we mean you have not gone past setting up your organisation: no catalogue opened, no shortlist, nothing exported. We can see this, so you will not be asked to prove it.
Once you have used it, or after fourteen days, a payment is not refundable, because it has already bought the period. You keep the service until that period ends.
Your account
Your plan includes a number of people. Everyone you invite joins your organisation and shares its profile and shortlist, and we do not charge them separately. Accounts are for the people in your organisation, so please do not share one login around or resell access.
You may use what you find here for your own bidding, including for clients if you are on a plan that allows it. Please do not republish the catalogue as a product of your own.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to read the sources we say we read, to keep the catalogue current, and to score honestly against the profile you give us.
We do not promise that you will win funding, and nobody honestly could. We also cannot promise the catalogue is complete or perfectly accurate. It is assembled from funders' own published pages, and those pages change, go down, and are sometimes wrong. Always check the funder's own page before you rely on a deadline, a value or an eligibility rule. A score is our opinion about fit, not advice about whether to bid.
Interruptions
Things break. If the service is unavailable for a sustained period and it is our fault, tell us and we will extend your subscription by the time you lost.
Ending it
You can stop whenever you like by telling us, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the service or somebody else, and if we do that without good reason we will refund the unused part.
Liability
If we cause you loss, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before. We do not accept liability for funding you did not win, bids you did not submit, or opportunities you did not see. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because the law does not allow that.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
Changes
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you we will email you before it takes effect, and the price you have already paid does not change part way through a period.
